SCIENCE--------


    • Students received their invitation to the Annual TOURNAMENT OF EXTINCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Link to invitation HERE!
    • We then watched an introductory movie giving a broad overview of the Tournament of extinction! 
    • Students then learned about the criterion and requirements of the tournament. These requirements (and the assignment) have been delivered to each student via google classroom (called Tournament of Ext STUDENT TEMPLATE.

  • DUE DATE- all species (drawing and student template) need to be finished by THURSDAY, MARCH 31 !!!
  • MONDAY-3/28

    • TOURNAMENT OF EXTINCTION ROUND 1 BEGINS!!

For this project you will draw an individual organism of your species and then complete a data table describing your animal’s adaptations and the reasons for those adaptations. Good luck and may nature be ever in your favor!!


You must---
  • Have 1-3 adaptations for each category listed below!
  • Have a hand drawn, color picture of your creature (insert image into your doc)!

  • Be as specific and detailed as possible! If it’s NOT ON YOUR DOC, IT DOESN’T COUNT!!!
  • NO magic of any kind! If it ain’t in nature, it ain’t in your species!!
  • NO human ANYTHING!
  • NO water bear/Tardigrade--- ANYTHING!!!
