  • TUESDAY---
    • We started cardio stations, delivered via google classroom. Students are working in partners with someone I assigned. We will continue this work on 1/28, 2/1 & 2/2.
  • WEDNESDAY---
    • We did ADAM cardiovascular system, delivered via google classroom. 
      • IF you were absent, google to find as many answers as you can!
  • THURSDAY--- We continued cardio stations, delivered via google classroom. Students are working in partners with someone I assigned. We will continue this work on 2/1 & 2/2.

    • They got to choose to do the quiz alone OR with a partner of their choice.

SCIENCE---

  • Warm-up-We watched a video on the chicken-wing pre-lab!!
  • We then learned about BODY JOINT TYPES (hinge, ball & socket, immovable, pivot, gliding)
    • Students filled out the following doc using various websites as resources.
  • If we have time, we will review tendons and ligaments by watching the vid below--
  • We then discussed the altered schedule for Wednesday and Thursday, see below!

    • HW-LAB DAYS WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY!      No gum, no open-toed shoes, no long sleeves, must have hair tied back (contacts and hair products OK for this lab), no long dangly jewelery

  • We did scenario 4 today! It was a GOOD ONE!!
  • We then began an inquiry activity, called "Whose Bones" by looking at dead bones. Both links, to the directions and the student doc, have been sent via google classroom!!
    • This is hard to make-up unless you have access to dried, dead animal bones=)
