Graphing Checklist--

• have a title that represents your data
• have an x-axis label with units

• have a y-axis label with units

• have a key if there is more than 1 set of data

• have the scale (#s) increasing equally on the axes

• place zero at the x and y intersection (except when plotting negative numbers)

• label the IV and DV

• always use graph paper (unless computer generated)

• must use a straight edge/ruler
